The ISWO Approach is unique because it focuses on the EMOTIONAL, subconscious aspects of working out. Think about a typical workout program you may come across. It focuses on what? Your body, of course! - and what exercises you should do. Which is great. Necessary.

But when it comes to working out REGULARLY and CONSISTENTLY for the rest of your life, there’s A LOT more to it! You need to be emotionally engaged with your workout and you need to be able to enjoy it. You need to see working out as an adventure, a growth experience, a hobby, and most importantly, a part of your identity - of who you ARE as a person. That’s huge.

That’s what the ISWO Approach is about. It’s the skill set, an actual set of learnable skills, that enables you to make this transformation, to make working out a lasting, consistent, enjoyable part of your life.
